Yooo, So the reason for this crate is to bring the community together and encourage not only teamwork but the motivation to grind. The drops from the boss were designed to primarily be PVE and do very little in PVP. Please let me know what you think.

Raid Boss Concept

The idea of the Raid boss is a weekly event dedicated to factions taking down a high health boss. The groups will have to use their teamwork and skills to defeat this mighty foe, Trakanon is a boss I have designed to be a dragon and he is the hardest boss ever to be faced on RC.
All groups will load in a communal area as any boss however requiring a gear score of 32K to enter. Players must find a unique strategy to wipe the minion hordes and do the most damage to Trakanon. Should the players die it takes double the time to come back. There is a 60-second cooldown for this. It requires at least 4 people to join and is only a weekly event, so from Saturday at say 6 pm GMT Trakanon spawns.

The Fight:

Trakanon will spawn with 50K HP. Each 25% of hp taken from Trakanon spawns harder minions. Minions are being spawned every 5% of HP taken.

The boss rewards are defined under a new rarity “mythical” the damage reflects the infinity rarity but is distinguished through having to do the raid boss and only obtaining through the raid boss. The boss gives out 80 million in total split between the players along with strange material. One mythical is never guaranteed to drop but has a higher chance due to how often it's on.

8.0 extra damage against Withers
100% chance to apply wither

25% chance to double earnings

Withers do 10% less damage
Enchanted with Aqua Affinity

Well we have discussed the idea of adding “Raid” Dungeons or private dungeons. Name might be a bit confusing but its basically a new type of endgame dungeon. It seems like this suggestion is similar to this, so I’d like to mention my thoughts about it.

A raid dungeon is so difficult that it should require a group to complete it. You would enter the dungeon, then be required to invite people to your dungeon group. So, it is like a private dungeon. However, it would probably be open all the time so the dungeon would not be occupied constantly. So maybe there should be some type of cooldown on the rewards so its still only a weekly thing? However, I am not sure about a cooldown like that because people could just use alts to farm the rewards. So maybe there should not be a cooldown on the rewards and instead it should just be balanced enough to give some worth it each time you complete it.

It could work like this. By participating in the dungeon, even just killing the first few mobs, you would receive some new type of dungeon relic. But the relics are only usable if you end up completing the dungeon. Meaning you could use the relics at the end of the dungeon for the actual reward.

I agree with all of this, my main concept was just a harder boss and I was not sure how to incorporate it into the server. I think the way the items are given out ideally should be as little as possible but with a fair chance to get them, I think maybe your idea of a new relic could be a prime relic so only given out on Saturdays but the rest of the time the dungeon is open for farming cash and strange materials like the rest of the bosses/dungeons?

I really like the idea of having to create your own group in this it would likely want people to expand out and find other players to team up with to participate in getting the rewards.

The name Raid would get confusing to some, maybe it just being labeled as Prime boss?

As for the items it was a very quick design that I would like to change and run it by you some time.

The idea of the dungeon only being open in the weekend might work. People should still have enough time to participate and it would not be constantly occupied. Then the rewards could be balanced enough to make it worth it.
